I have spent the day sitting with a cup of coffee enjoying the heavenly harmony from the sounds of nature, the greenery that represents the best kind of eye-candy, and the perfect perfume of the flowers in full bloom. This picture is of a Koru, or baby fern frond. The Koru in the New Zealand culture symbolizes new life, new creation, re-creation, new growth. This Koru has become a part of the Christian culture in New Zealand as the ultimate new life, new creation, re-creation, and new growth comes through and from God. From the center of the Koru flows God's life and love for all things. People are created by God, they are re-created by Jesus Christ, and continue with new growth in the Holy Spirit.
